A Birmingham bar is providing a base for some of the city’s best-loved street food kitchens as well as emerging talent.
The popular Dark Horse in Moseley has launched a pop-up hub, delivering a regular rotation of kitchens
Local burger hot-shots Patty Dabblers are presently trading from the pub’s kitchen
The Vietnamese-inspired Brum Mi will be coming to the Dark Horse in coming weeks, with more names to be announced via the bar’s social media.
The traders will be a mix of well-established businesses and up-and-coming talent.
Every trader will offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Dark Horse owner Matthew Brigham said: “The pop-up hub will provide Moseley with variety and a consistently exciting line-up.
“We have some massive names in the pipeline, all of whom are eager to be a part of our growing project.”
The hub will also frequently host the Dark Horse’s in-house Between The Buns and Seitanic Bites brands, which offer high quality beef burgers alongside plant-based options.
