Take a look at Two Cats’ surprising new menu

Birmingham’s much-praised Two Cats Kitchen has launched a new menu.

Chef-patron Niki Astley invited me along to the atmospheric Jewellery Quarter restaurant to sample dishes on the seven-course £45 tasting menu, which, like previous menus, draws inspiration from the Baltic region.
This was bold and imaginative cooking packed with flavour., with startling combinations of ingredients handled in a contemporary way
