Moseley’s buzzing wine bar and kitchen Cheval Blanc has launched a new lunchtime menu.
Head chef Cydric Tachdjian plans to regularly change the menu, which costs £17.50 for three courses with side dishes.
The usual small plates menu is still available during the evening.
The current lunch menu
Caramelised onion & goats cheese tart (v)
Dill-cured salmon, red & gold beetroot salad & radishes
Poached duck egg meurette & sour dough toast.
Girolles & mozzarella arancini (v)
Wild boar casserole
Smoked monkfish, Puy lentils.
Potato and celeriac rosti
Roast root veg.
Selection of three British artisan cheeses, bread & crackers
Walnut tart, rhum & vanilla creme Anglaise
Toffeed apple & pear, hazelnuts crumble.
The lunchtime menu is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Cheval Blanc serves a range of wines by the glass as well as bottle and also cockctails.
