Michelin-starred Simpson’s is launching a Sunday roast menu from January 24.
The first roast on offer will be a Cotswold White Chicken – an intensely-flavoured, slow-reared free range bird.
Future offerings will include top-quality beef and pork – all supplied by award-winning butcher Aubrey Allen.
Simpson’s Roast is priced at £55 for three courses – with the starter and dessert ordered from the a la carte menu.
Roasts will be served from 12 noon until 4.30pm. Pre-ordering is essential. It can be ordered for any table size.
The roast will be presented at table.
Simpson’s, the longest Michelin star-holder in Birmingham, recently underwent a major refurbishment.
