Bank Holiday treats at Cheval Blanc

Moseley’s Cheval Blanc wine bar and kitchen is offering a fantastic value menu on Bank Holiday Monday.
Chef Cydric Tachdjian’s menu offers two courses for £12.50 or three for £17.50.
Meanwhile, mixologist and assistant manager Rory Eaton has developed a special menu of Hangover Curing Cocktails to make sure you feel bright and fresh for Tuesday morning – though he admits their medicinal properties aren’t scientifically proven.

Starters
Crab & avocado, coconut crisps, chilli glaze.
Goat cheese croquette and baby leaves salad.
Ham hock and chicken terrine, pickled vegetable. Toasted sourdough bread.
Mains
Salmon, queen scallops, toasted almonds, leek and madras.
Braised lamb, rosemary and garlic.
Poached egg, artichoke, morels mushroom, Riesling cream sauce.
Sides
Gratin dauphinois and French beans and carrots with garlic butter
Sweets
Chocolate, pear cake with vanilla crème Anglaise
Baked cheese Cake with Red Fruits Compote
Optional Cheese Course Available

Open 12 noon till 11pm. Kitchen closes 10pm.
