Tuck into a steaming bowl of mussels and chunk of sourdough for just £5 at Moseley’s buzzing wine bar and kitchen Cheval Blanc.
And for just another fiver, sip a glass of specially selected wine to go with it.
The offer is available from 12-6pm each Saturday and Sunday at the popular venue in the heart of Moseley Village.
Cheval’s French-born chef Cydric Tachdjian will regularly change the recipe for the mussels.
He’s currently serving the shellfish in a tasty chilli and lemongrass broth.
The wine partnering it is Clip – a Portuguese wine made that’s 100% Loureiro grape.
The producers follow a policy of minimal intervention and care for the ecosystem to grow grapes that ripen well and can display the terroir from which they come.
