Diners are being given the chance to try the latest creations by the chefs at Simpsons.
The Michelin-starred restaurant has introduced a new concept in dining called Eureka.
The first will take place on Monday September 5 between 7pm-9pm.
Chefs will create dishes using innovate techniques and some unusual ingredients – making it a must-attend event for food lovers who like to try something different.
Simpsons will be closed for lunch service to give the brigade plenty of time to focus on the new dishes and to let their creativity flow.
Chef director Luke Tipping introduced the idea having experienced a similar concept at sister restaurant, The Cross in Kenilworth.
Eureka also follows Simpsons ranking best in Birmingham in both the Square Meal Top 100 and National Restaurant Awards.
Luke said: “It’s been an incredibly exciting year for Simpsons and in recent weeks I’ve had time to take stock and truly appreciate how far we’ve moved on since the refurbishment last autumn. “Simpsons has a new approach, new style and new energy and the Eureka dinner is a fantastic way to showcase the skills and creativity of the team.”
Priced at £50 for a range of unique dishes, the exclusive dinner will be limited to 40 guests.
