Birmingham’s top cocktail bar The Edgbaston has launched its latest drinks list.
This year’s cocktail menu is called A Bartenders Guide To Drinking For The Fun Of It.
Each page relates to a stage in a night out.
There are options for guests who simply want to pop in for one.
But if you have a night planned, you can move from chapter to chapter.
The descriptions for each drink are easily digestible, with bar-tender jargon eradicated.
But the bar still uses hi-tech and innovative techniques to help produce the drinks.
Among the latest offerings is the Rye-Anna, the banana flavour of which doesn’t come from a liqueur but from actual banana that goes through processes that clarify the liquid and infuse the taste into the whisky.
