Meat will be sizzling and gin will be supped when a Birmingham food and drink festival returns for its third year later this month.
Birmingham’s Great British BBQ, Gin and Meat Festival takes place on Saturday June 29 in Digbeth.
Organised by events company Taste & Liquor, the festival will be host a formidable street-food line-up.
Drinks will be provided by meadery and cocktail bar The Vanguard, based at 1000 Trades in the Jewellery Quarter.
Street food traders taking part include Salty Dog serving hot dogs made with Black Country sausages, Chapura Mexican Street Food, Jamrock offering Jamaican barbecue, Little Urban BBQ with smoked food, Naughty Lil Things with their BBQ Tapas-Style Box, Super Fry Guys offering Belgian frites and The Dough Bar with raw cookie dough desserts.
All traders will be showcase a bespoke non-meat dish for vegetarians and vegans.
The Great British BBQ, Gin and Meat Festival. takes place from 12pm to 8pm at Quantum, 77 Upper Trinity Street, Digbeth, Birmingham B9 4EE.
